Our Philosophy

Dream Community is a Healthcare and Domiciliary Care organization. The management team, who are the directors, seek to provide the best possible care and excellent service whenever and wherever the organization will operate. Our quest for excellence and quality calls for fait and firm approach in every aspect of the company’s work ensuring that our care workers provide the best service. We endeavor to recruit all personnel through fair but rigorous candidate selection process. Our regular training and continuous monitoring process is geared to ensure that our administrative and service personnel offer the friendliest and professional service to our clients and other organizations.

These concepts of excellence and quality has become a major bedrock of our organization because of Dream Community’s co-founder, Julia Ghann’s desire to reduce to a bare minimum and if possible eliminate every form of abuse in the healthcare setting. It is therefore a deep desire to instill such principles and habits that promote diligence, honesty and integrity in our part of the industry. This is a very challenging industry and every area of service is dependent on trust. The people we serve are the most vulnerable in society and thus beckons on us to be seen and proved reliant. Characteristics of patience, tolerance, gentleness, compassion and empathy will be key in offering professional service to a very high degree.

We are determined to begin from humble origins and build on our successes. There will be no need to rush to do things just to become a large organization. Our philosophy of excellence and quality means first impressions is a massive concern. Making and leaving lasting impact has ripple effects and that is what we want to be characterized by. This easily brings good referrals. We believe our partner organizations and service users deserve the level of excellence and quality that we bring to the industry.

Samuel Ghann – Registered Provider

Samuel has extensive experience working as a Support Worker, Care Assistant and an auxiliary nursing assistant in various establishments.

Samuel’s possess good leadership and managerial skills.

Anita Baidoe – Registered Manager

Anita started her career as a carer and later human resource personnel until moving into the care managerial profession. Since 2017 she has worked as a Care Administrator, Coordinator and now Registered Manager in care settings throughout the United Kingdom.

She has a Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care. She brings to Dream Community, her rich knowledge and experience in the social care sector.
